Processing times

All orders are processed & shipped within 1-2 weeks after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from delivery time

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

Because our products are produced with care and may be made to order, processing times may occasionally vary.


Delivery times

Estimated* delivery times within South Africa:

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days

  • Outlying areas: 4–7 business days

    International times are a bit longer, estimated between 5-9 work days depending on where you live.

    Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather, or factors outside our control.


Shipping rates

We currently offer:

  • Free shipping on all orders

  • Flat-rate shipping on orders below this threshold

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before checkout.


Courier & tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.


Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at studio@monsworld.xyz, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.


Lost or delayed parcels

Mon’s World is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the order has been handed over for delivery.

If your parcel appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist by following up with the courier.
